What am I buying?

All products on Doodle.Africa are digital downloads. You are purchasing a PDF file containing original colouring pages. Nothing is shipped — you download the file and print it yourself.

How do I download my colouring book?

After payment, your PDF is available in your account dashboard. Click the Download button next to your order. We recommend saving the file to your device right away.

What file format are the downloads?

All downloads are PDF files. PDFs can be opened on almost any computer, tablet or phone, and they are ideal for home printing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe (USD) and PayFast / Instant EFT for South African buyers (ZAR). You can choose your preferred method at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Yes. We do not store your card or banking details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayFast using industry-standard encryption.

How long do I have to download my file?

Files are kept available in your dashboard for at least 14 days after purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be granted in limited cases such as non-delivery or a defective file. See our Refund Policy for details.

What are the printing tips?

  • Use plain A4 paper for best results.
  • Print at 100% scale or “Actual size” — do not use “Fit to page” unless you want a smaller image.
  • Use a colour printer only if you want to print the cover page; the colouring pages are black and white.
  • For double-sided printing, choose “Flip on long edge”.

Can I use the pages commercially?

No. Purchased files are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself, your family, or your classroom, but you may not resell, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Do I need an account?

You can browse free printables and artwork without an account, but you need an account to build a custom book, save orders, and access your downloads.
