2. Use of the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Digital products and orders

All products sold on Doodle.Africa are digital downloads (PDF colouring books and printable pages). No physical goods are shipped. When you complete a purchase, the product is made available for download from your account dashboard and/or via a download link.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as PayFast and Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee through your selected payment method.

PayFast transactions are settled in South African Rand (ZAR) at the conversion rate shown at checkout. You are responsible for any fees or exchange-rate differences charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, your files are usually available immediately. If you experience a delay, please check your account dashboard or contact us at doodle.dot.africa@gmail.com.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All content on Doodle.Africa, including artwork, PDF files, logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, modify for resale, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to transmit harmful code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with the site’s operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, such as non-delivery of files or a defective file that cannot be used. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
