This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased from Doodle.Africa.

1. Digital products

All products sold on Doodle.Africa are digital downloads (PDF colouring books and printable pages). Because of the nature of digital goods, once a file has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. General rule

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, select the wrong product, or no longer want the files.

3. When a refund may be granted

We may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: the download was not made available in your account dashboard after successful payment and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Defective file: the PDF is corrupted, cannot be opened on standard software, or is materially different from what was described, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase: you purchased the same product twice in the same transaction.
  • Unauthorized purchase: you can demonstrate that the purchase was made fraudulently without your consent.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at doodle.dot.africa@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant screenshots or details that help us investigate.

5. Refund process

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Non-refundable items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Free products or promotional downloads.
  • Files that have already been downloaded or accessed, except where they are defective.
  • Issues caused by incompatible software, devices, or user error (for example, an outdated PDF reader).
