This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how products purchased from Doodle.Africa are delivered.
1. Digital delivery only
All products on Doodle.Africa are digital files. We do not ship physical items. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery delays associated with postal services.
2. How delivery works
After a successful payment:
- Your purchased PDF is made available in your account dashboard.
- A download button appears next to the relevant order.
- You can download the file immediately and re-download it while it remains available in your account.
3. Delivery time
Digital products are usually available for download within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, payment verification may take longer. If your files are not available within 1 hour, please check your account dashboard or contact us.
4. File availability
We aim to keep purchased files available in your account for at least 14 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly. Files may be removed from our servers after this period to manage storage.
5. Technical requirements
To use our PDFs, you need a device capable of opening PDF files (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a compatible PDF reader. Most modern browsers and operating systems can open PDFs without additional software.
